Something about me in brief

Hi there,

My name is Din Iulian Silviu, I am from Pitesti - Romania, the country where were born the most artists, composers, painters and poets very famous in the world. 

As a child I had an artistic inclination, having a rich imagination and great ideas. I liked technology and it seemed too trivial to express my ideas and imagination on just a piece of paper, I always want more ... something to be alive, I wanted a computer, a world where I can set in motion my thoughts and imagination; but my family income was modest and they could afford to buy me a new computer, but myself I started to collect money to buy a computer. I remember that my first computer was an Intel Pentium pro and first application was Adobe Photoshop v7.0 from where I discovered my talent and I start to grow in this area. Years passed and I started to work as freelancer from year 2012 and I succeed on www.elance.com (actually www.upwork.com) where I did a large number of satisfied customers. With many of them I kept in touch and I work in present. Day by day I develop my skills as a motion designer and I am looking to learn and catch new things. 

I am careful and keen to details, able to think outside the box, I have ability to spot error, I'm goal setter and result oriented.

I have advanced experience in Adobe After effects and Blender 3D, also I have experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Cinema 4D and many of their plugins; 

I started working as a freelancer 10 years ago, so far I have worked for many companies around the world, and some of them have a famous name.

The types of projects I would like to work on are: motion graphics, explainer videos, whiteboard animations, 2D and 3D animation.

Design is a rather broad and vague term. When someone says "I'm a designer," it is not immediately clear what they actually do day to day. There are a number of different responsibilities encompassed by the umbrella term designer. Design-related roles exist in a range of areas from industrial design (cars, furniture) to print (magazines, other publications) to tech (websites, mobile apps). With the relatively recent influx of tech companies focused on creating interfaces for screens, many new design roles have emerged. Job titles like UX or UI designer are confusing to the uninitiated and unfamiliar even to designers who come from other industries. UX DESIGNER (USER EXPERIENCE DESIGNER) UX designers are primarily concerned with how the product feels. A given design problem has no single right answer. UX designers explore many different approaches to solving a specific user problem. The broad responsibility of a UX designer is to ensure that the product logically flows from one step to the next. One way that a UX designer might do this is by conducting in-person user tests to observe one's behavior. By identifying verbal and non-verbal stumbling blocks, they refine and iterate to create the "best" user experience. An example project is creating a delightful onboarding flow for a new user. "Define interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications. Communicate scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs to stakeholders. Work with our creative director and visual designers to incorporate the visual identity of Twitter into features. Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed." UI DESIGNER (USER INTERFACE DESIGNER) Unlike UX designers who are concerned with the overall feel of the product, user interface designers are particular about how the product is laid out. They are in charge of designing each screen or page with which a user interacts and ensuring that the UI visually communicates the path that a UX designer has laid out. For example, a UI designer creating an analytics dashboard might front load the most important content at the top, or decide whether a slider or a control knob makes the most intuitive sense to adjust a graph. UI designers are also typically responsible for creating a cohesive style guide and ensuring that a consistent design language is applied across the product. Maintaining consistency in visual elements and defining behavior such as how to display error or warning states fall under the purview of a UI designer.

Ans: Competition is everywhere. Always want to be ranked in google. But failing in this competition is problematic. And I know this problem. The problem is the so called workers do not use the updated methods where I always hit the iron when it is hot. That’s why I can assure you that I will be able to do it in short times than the rest (2+ or 3+ months) 6. What part of this project most appeals to you? 

Ans: Here the two parts of this project appeal me very much, one is that all the requirements are in favor of me and the second one is I like to do these kind of job. These kind of project and job give me mental satisfaction. 7. Why do you think you are a good fit for this particular project? 

Ans: I think I am a good fit for this job because I have all the qualities that you are looking for. Experience is the golden factor in this project where you find in me at least 5+ years of working experiences over all the factors in your project. 8.
